Jo Lankester is a professional printmaking artist with 20 years experience. Jo has taught printmaking at James Cook University and worked as a printer for individual artists since 1998. Most recently teaching relief printing alongside artist’s Gail Mabo and Tommy Pau with the collaborative Young Indigenous Printmakers program organised by Perc Tucker Regional Gallery and Umbrella Studio. Jo is a passionate printmaker proficient in Aluminium & Copper Sulphate Etching, Relief printing, Drypoint, Monotypes, Monoprinting and Carborundum Collagraphs.
An editioning service is available in both Relief, and Intaglio printing. Be surprised at how affordable it is to have your prints editioned for you. This specialised service takes out the hours of labour required to produce an edition of a consistent quality. No job is too big or too small. (this services sounds AMAZING! Specialised artist frames are made to order using Kuranda Quandong Timber milled and moulded locally. We use Plexiglass to enable safe transporting of exhibition frames or multi use frames.
